The Orange Housing website is designed so that listings are uploaded to our
database exactly as typed by you, the customer. Ads placed by credit
card are posted immediately. Orange Housing does reserve the right to edit or
reject a listing if it contains inappropriate content. Ads printed in black
are $10 per month. Ads printed in red are $20 per month. Please note that
Orange Housing does not issue credit, pro-rated credit, refunds or extensions.
